Not really; the anticipation comes from being told I might feel nauseous, rather than actually feeling nauseous. So far, all I’ve felt is a bit headchey and fatigued in the mornings, but as soon as I’ve eaten and showered I feel fine! Fingers crossed it stays this good…?!
